Cohiba Extra Cognac from Martell

Cigar Cognacs are great Cognacs to pair with Cigars, especially the heavier ones from Cuba,  these Cognacs are somewhat spicier and stronger in taste, so they do not disappear in terms of taste when paired with a heavy aromatic cigar.
Cohiba was back in 1999 one of the first, with the idea to make a special cigar spirit. They collaborate for some time with Bisquit, but after Bisquit was bought by Martell, it decided to bring the Bisquit Cohiba under the Martell label.

On the occasion of a gathering of the Union de la Sommellerie Française (French Wine Tasters), organized by Patrice Franck, national vice-president and chief wine taster at Château de L’Yeuse, there was a mixed tasting of some of the best Cuban Cigars together with the finest Cognacs.
