Aquavit is a traditional Scandinavian flavored spirit, Akvavit gets its unique aroma’s from herbs and spices, and the main spices are caraway or dill. It typically contains 40% alcohol by volume.
AQ New Norwegian Aquavit just launched their XXQ Extra God Jul, a Christmas special where the aquavit matured for months in old Cognac Barrels.This drink is bottled in a beautiful starred bottle, great for ending the Christmas meals.
God jul is a Danish, Norwegian and Swedish phrase which means the same as Merry Christmas.
