Louis XIII Cocktail in London

10 September 2011 No Comment

The Claridges bar in Mayfair (London) just launched a new and unique cocktail which combines Rémy Martin XO Excellence and the King of Cognacs Louis XIII.

Created by their Bar Manager, Denis Broci, the “Fleur de Lis” mixes Rémy Martin XO Excellence with dissolved sugar and a twist of citrus rind.

Each cocktail is served in a chilled Martini glass and topped with a spray of century old Louis XIII cognac from a specially designed atomiser.

Guests are being given this special opportunity to taste Louis XIII, crafted from the finest grapes in the grand champagne of Cognac.

Fleur de Lis will be available until the end of the year for £30, so be quick if you would like to experience London’s finest Cognac cocktail.

Either drop by the Claridge’s Bar to sample it yourself or for more details visit their website here: www.claridges.co.uk
