Hine-Rare-Fine-Champagne-CognacHine Rare Fine Champagne Cognac is a VSOP quality Cognac. It’s amazing how soft it is for a VSOP Cognac.
Hine Rare Fine Champagne is a full but very gentle Cognac made from a blend of 25 Cognacs from the Grande and Petite Champagne.

The bottle is a fine and beautiful bottle, the cap of wood, with the logo of Hine it.

Hine Rare VSOP is a blend of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the Grande and Petite Champagne with about 60% of the blend being Grande Champagne.

The youngest eaux-de-vie in Hine Rare VSOP is about 6 years old but some reach up to 12 years, the average being around 8 years.

The tasting notes of the Hine Rare Fine Champagne are:

The color: warm golden color.
The fragrance: pleasant, light floral scents such as Jasmine, then complex with spicy and fruity tones.
The taste: full of flavor and very soft for a VSOP. Vanilla, honey and a little oak wood.
The after-taste: the full flavor remains very long in the mouth hanging.
The origin: 60% 40% Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.
The age: 4 to 12 years with an average of 8 years.
The price: about € 35,-
The price / quality ratio: an 8.

    i think the H by Hine is rather very good, straight or with some ice and a generous amount of tonic water. it is especially good when compared with entry-level examples of anything by the big four or other ‘contempary peers’. i also enjoy the Hine Rare VSOP very much..
