If you like Irish Coffee, you would love the French variance on it with Cognac. See in this post how can make this delicious after dinner drink!

The French Coffee drink is made from cognac, brown sugar, hot coffee and whipped cream, and served in a wine or irish coffee glass.

French Coffee Ingredients:
  • 3ml VS Cognac
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Coffee (hot)
  • Cream
French Coffee Instructions:
  • Pour the cognac and brown sugar into a thick-walled wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass, and stir.
  • Leave the spoon in the glass, and pour the coffee over the spoon to prevent cracking.
  • Top with lightly whipped cream.
