Christmas in the Cognac

Christmas is an very busy period for everyone in the cognac-industry. Distillation is now at its peak and there are more than 4.000 producers who will be distilling to ensure that they get the very best from their grapes.

Much depends on their skills and years of experience. Every distillation will be different, since there are so many factors that can influence the quality of their eau de vie. Christmas dinner at a distiller will include regular checking of the stills.

We wish everyone in the Cognac business a very happy Christmas and good luck with you awesome work! We will enjoy this years eaux-de-vie within a few years!
