Courvoisier XO Imperial

Courvoisier XO Imperial is a very aromatic cognac with orange, vanilla and Creme Brulee.
Compared with the Remy Martin XO this cognac is slightly less complex, this cognac is less earthy and masculine in comparison to the taste of the Hennessy XO. The Courvoisier XO, is a good average between the two.

Brenne Whisky – Made in Cognac

There is a third-generation master distiller trained in the traditional art of cognac distillation with a secret love affair for whisky, the result is a very elegant Single Malt Whisky called Brenne Whisky.
This limited-edition whisky is twice distilled in a copper alembic still from barley grown organically in the chalky-rich soil of the Fins Bois region.

Meukow Xpresso – Liqueur Cafe and Cognac Review

Some months ago we reported about the Meukow Xpresso, a liqueur made of Meukow VS Cognac and natural coffee aromas. Now we are able to tell you our opinion about this drink.
In contrast to the normal Meukow Cognacs this liqueur is bottled at 22% abv, which is much less than the 40% minimum of Cognac.

Daniel Bouju Cognacs offer a bolder flavor profile than the typical fruity sweetness that we find in many Cognacs, this is mainly because the (extreme) wood influence.

Hennessy Fine de Cognac

About 3 years ago I reviewed the Fine de Cognac Hennessy, one year ago this version changed a bit, so I will review this version also.
Previously this Cognac was promoted as VSOP, the new marketing position is between the VS and VSOP. The minimum age of the new Fine de Cognac is two years, where the old was 4 years…
