Camus Cognacs win drinks awards

26 January 2010 No Comment

Camus has collected a handful of drinks business awards for its flagship brand Camus Cuvée 3.128 and two of its Camus Ile de Ré Cognacs.

Camus Cuvée 3.128, unveiled to the travel retail trade at the 2008 TFWA World Exhibition, received a gold medal in the vintage category at the Drinks Business Cognac Master Awards.

Two other products were also recognised: Camus Ile de Ré Fine Island Cognac Double Matured took the Master Medal – the highest accolade handed out – while Camus Ile de Ré Fine Island won a gold medal.

In November 2009, The Spirits Business staged The Cognac Masters to find and reward the finest Cognac brands on the world stage.

The Spirits Business Editor Patience Gould, along with a panel of leading spirits and on-trade specialists, judged the Cognacs in a blind tasting, to discover the Cognac Masters of 2009.
